Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Queenston Havana. The following terms and conditions outline our shipping and delivery practices.
Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed within 24β48 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If your order exceeds the standard 24β48 hour processing window, you will be contacted via email or phone with an update.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout prior to payment.
Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
As part of our Card Not Present (CNP) and age-verification policy, the courier will require:
Valid proof of age (age of majority)
Identification matching the name on the credit card used for the order
If valid identification cannot be provided at the time of delivery, the shipment will be redirected to the courierβs nearest warehouse and held for up to 3 days. If unclaimed, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Queenston Havana is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied during or after shipping. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for products lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved.
Restricted Sales & Age Verification
Age verification is mandatory upon delivery.
Failure to present valid proof of age may result in:
Order cancellation
Return-to-sender by the courier
Additional shipping fees if re-delivery is requested
Return Policy
Due to the consumable nature of cigars, all sales are final.
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
Products arrive damaged, or
A verified manufacturing defect is confirmed
Proof of the issue may be required. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any concerns.
